The Past History - This is going to be about the past history of appellants who were wronged. Not every appellant is innocent and not every appellant is guilty. The optics of many wrongly accused are usually bad and that is why the legal system pursues with automatic vigor and automatic mass incarceration because it's a self fulfilling purpose driven system.
